Peace and Quiet
Please turn off all cell phones and pagers while in our facility. For your children’s safety and to maintain a tranquil environment we regret that children under twelve cannot enter the service areas.

Appointments
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in, have a leisurely shower or unwind in our relaxation room. Please be aware that a late arrival for an appointment may require us to shorten the length of your service. A spa robe, slippers, towels and other amenities are provided for your convenience. Lockers are available, however we suggest you leave your valuables at home.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance for all spa packages and 24 hours in advance for all other appointments or your account will be charged.

Gift Cards
Cards may be purchased for any package, individual service or dollar value and are valid at any Serenity Day Spa location for one year from the date of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable. Click here to purchase online.

Payment
Payment methods include Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Serenity Day Spa gift cards.  Please present your gift card as your form of payment at the start of your visit. We do not accept personal checks.  We cannot honor lost or stolen gift cards.

Product Returns
Each of our high quality spa products are guaranteed. Products returned within 30 days of purchase qualify for an exchange, refund or spa credit.
